Greg Von Arx – President/CEO

Greg Von Arx, Chief Executive Officer, is experienced in all aspects of healthcare provider organizations and closely held corporations, having demonstrated the ability to implement financial systems that take into consideration the intricacies of highly regulated industries. In his eight years as Chief Financial Officer with a large home care provider, Greg directed the consolidation of twelve acquisitions and oversaw the growth of the company from $15 million in revenue to over $200 million in revenue. Greg has more than 25 years of industry experience in the ownership and management of healthcare services providers. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire.

Kara Von Arx – COO

Kara Von Arx, Chief Operating Officer, has over 20 years of progressive management experience within complex healthcare organizations. Her operational experience includes multi-facility management in home health, long term care, assisted living, and supplemental staffing. In her 4 years as Chief Operating Officer with a nationwide home care organization operating over 140 offices, Kara was responsible for overseeing fast-paced growth, improved regulatory compliance and enhanced customer satisfaction. For 10 years, Kara acted as the Administrator of four long term care facilities and the Director of Marketing for 114 facilities in MN, WI, SD, and NE. She has been a licensed Long Term Care Administrator for over 25 years with a Masters Degree in Human Services Planning and Administration from the University of Minnesota, Mankato.

Sue Reading – Compliance Officer

Sue Reading, Compliance Officer, is an accomplished professional bringing over twenty years of leadership across the healthcare continuum, with particular expertise in long-term care, subacute care, and home care. Having successfully served in roles such as: Regional Consultant, Vice President of Operations, Chief Development Officer, Principal in a consulting firm, and President/Owner of a life coaching practice, she has helped individuals and organizations translate their vision into policies and programs needed for success.

Sue has extensive expertise in consulting services, program development and performance improvement. Her background includes development and implementation of compliance programs including quality improvement processes and strategies designed to monitor fraud and abuse. Sue is known for her ability to perceive nuances, identify core issues, and facilitate alignment with diplomacy and integrity. She is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and a Registered Nurse.

Janet Fehler – Regional Director of Operations

Janet Fehler, Regional Director of Operations, RN has parlayed many roles within the healthcare industry into her current position of Regional Director of Operations. She brings 18 years of experience ranging from being a PDN Nurse to a State Director. She has been involved in development and implementation of many items including policies and procedures, compliance with state and federal regulations, human resource management, financial management and promotion of services.

Claire Melstrom – Director of Business Development

Claire Melstrom, Director of Business Development, provides Recover Health with expertise that is instrumental in planning and implementing sound clinical and financial practices. Her 24 years of healthcare management experience provides the foundation and creditability today to assist in developing business relationships and contracts that are designed to benefit the Recover Health clients, associates and other stakeholders.

Claire’s passion for Recover Health is to provide remarkable, clinical, sound services to not only the Recover Health home care clients but to the Recover Health payers, our regulators and to be a leader in the home care community.

Jan Daly – Director of Therapy, ILS and Mental Health Services, OTL

Jan Daly, Director of Therapy, ILS and Mental Health Services, OTL has a Clinical background includes 15 years as the Director of ILS (Independent Living Services) and 7 years as the Director of Homecare Therapy (Occupational, Physical, and Speech Therapy). Prior to this, Jan was the Supervisor of Occupational Therapy at Courage Center. Her treatment emphasis has been with clients who have Cognitive and Behavioral Health diagnoses. The last 15 years of service have been committed to the management of homecare programs that support clients in living successfully in their homes and communities regardless of their diagnoses.
